About This Portal
Team Rubicon Greyshirts who hold nursing credentials can use this portal to authorize Team Rubicon to enroll you in automatic license monitoring.
We use Nursys e-Notify, a service provided by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), to receive real-time updates about your license directly from state boards of nursing.
Once enrolled, we will automatically track your license status, renewals, and any changes, eliminating the need to manually submit license documentation.
Eligibility Requirements
To use this portal, you must:
- Be a registered Team Rubicon Greyshirt
- Hold a nursing credential (RN, LPN/LVN, APRN, etc.)
- Have a valid NCSBN ID
- Have received an invitation from Mobilization

What is Nursys e-Notify?
Nursys e-Notify is a service provided by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) that allows organizations like Team Rubicon to receive automatic notifications about changes to nursing licenses directly from state boards of nursing.
What information do I need to provide?
You will need your NCSBN ID, the last four digits of your Social Security number, your birth year, primary licensed state, and a digital signature to authorize Team Rubicon to enroll you in license monitoring.
Is my information secure?
Yes. The last four digits of your Social Security number and your birth year are transmitted securely and directly to Nursys for identity verification only. We do not store this sensitive information in our system.
