About This Portal
Team Rubicon Greyshirts who hold nursing credentials (RN, LPN/LVN, APRN, etc.) can use this portal to authorize Team Rubicon to monitor your license status.
We use Nursys e-Notify, a service provided by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), to receive real-time updates about your license directly from state boards of nursing.
This authorization allows us to automatically track your license status, renewals, and any changes—eliminating the need for you to manually submit or update your license documentation.

What is Nursys e-Notify?
Nursys e-Notify is a service provided by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) that allows organizations like Team Rubicon to receive automatic notifications about changes to nursing licenses directly from state boards of nursing.
What information do I need to provide?
You'll need your NCSBN ID, last 4 digits of your Social Security number, birth year, primary licensed state, and a digital signature to authorize Team Rubicon to monitor your license.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your SSN and birth year are transmitted securely and directly to Nursys for identity verification only. We do not store this sensitive information in our system.
